DESCRIPTION

Summary

VillageReach is searching for a qualified individual to fill the position of Monitoring, Evaluation and Research (MERS) Specialist for its Cote d’Ivoire Office. The MERS will be responsible for the design, development, implementation of the Country M&E strategy and frameworks, which include developing, performance-monitoring plans, systems monitoring and conducting evaluations and research. Working in collaboration with Côte d’Ivoire and Seattle-based staff, the MER will contribute to the development of VillageReach’s mHealth program which aims at leveraging mobile technology for improved health outcomes. Preference will be given to Ivorian nationals or non Ivorian nationals who have permission to work in Cote d'Ivoire.
